Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order a single piece, or outfit a whole team.
How much does printing cost?
Printing is added to the price of the garment: $14 for a front print, $9 for a back print, or $23 for front and back, per piece. Adding more than one design element to the same side doesn't change the price.
Do you have a discount?
Yes. Use code CUSTOM15 at checkout for 15% off your whole order, including printing.
How much is shipping?
Orders of $150 or more ship free. Orders under $150 ship for a flat $15. We ship within the US only. See our shipping page for details.
How fast will my order ship?
Every order is printed and on its way within 2 days.
Can I return or get a refund on a custom jersey?
No. Custom jerseys are made to order just for you, so they are non-refundable. Please double-check your design, sizes, names and numbers before you place your order.
I don't have a logo. Can you help?
Yes. Our free AI Logo Maker asks you 5 quick questions and writes a prompt for ChatGPT. Download your logo, then upload it in our designer.
What kind of artwork should I upload?
A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background prints the cleanest. A large JPG also works.
Can I see my design before I order?
Yes. The designer shows your artwork on the garment as you build it, so you can check size and placement before adding it to your cart.
Which products can I customize?
T-shirts, polos, hoodies, quarter-zips and caps, in adult, ladies and youth styles. Every product in the store can be printed with your design.
How do I track my order?
We'll email you when your order ships. You can also sign in to your account to see your orders.
