Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Active is a proud manufacturer and has comprehensive quality control systems. If you are concerned about the quality of your garment please contact us.
Active has a 6 month warranty against manufacturer defects, which covers material and stitched seams. This warranty does not cover friction or contact tears, other accidents or incidents, or natural wear and tear.
Active sublimation printing lasts the lifetime of the garment.
Follow individual Care instructions on each garment. Avoid contact with chlorine, bleach and any other solvents, naked flame, extreme heat, hot water washing and Dry cleaning.
Garments returned under warranty will either be replaced or repaired at our discretion. Our freight policy for warranty is you pay freight to us, we pay freight to you. If garment is in need of repair outside of warranty, all freight is owner’s responsibility. Before returning garments for warranty or repair please contact us by phone or email to obtain a Return Authorization number.
