Active Teamwear is committed to delivering all orders on time, every time, regardless of the size of your club, order or location around the globe.

Once you’ve placed your online order please follow the below T’s and C’s for delivery of your order.

  1. Once you’ve placed your order online, you’ll receive an artwork confirmation email. This email will confirm your design, text spelling and numbers and sizing. It’s important to note that your order can’t proceed without your approval of this artwork confirmation via return email.
  2. Once artwork has been approved via email, you’ll receive another email confirming the planned dispatch date of your order from our factory. 
  3. Once your order has been completed and is dispatched for delivery, you’ll receive a confirmation email that your order has been dispatched with tracking details for your reference.
  4. In the event your order hasn’t been dispatched within the agreed delivery time (point 2 above), the order value will be refunded allowing you to enjoy your order “Free of Charge”.


Active Teamwear is not liable for a late delivery if the below happens.

  • Order must be placed and completed online to receive the 4 weeks guarantee. Any offline order via an account manager or representative is not covered by this promotion.
  • The 4-week period covers from customer approving artwork via email (step 2 above) to dispatch of order from our factory.
  • Projected delivery time of 5 working days (excluding public holidays) is to be expected for dispatch from factory to receipt by customer. This timeframe and process is wholly the responsibility of Carrier and is not covered under this promotion.
  • Active Teamwear is not responsible for missed deliveries of any kind, including those where no one is available to receive the delivery or if the wrong delivery address has been provided.
  • Any change in your order including your address, design, quantity or sizing could result in the delivery date being changed. A new date if necessary will be confirmed at the time of the customer’s update.
  • Active Teamwear reserves the right to refuse any order.
  • Active Teamwear is open Monday – Friday from 9 am – 5 pm, excluding Public holidays, for any customer enquiries.
