What is the turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround time is five weeks from artwork approval to delivery. Unfortunately, it is not possible to speed up this process for our standard garments.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Most of our garments have a minimum order of five units of the same design. However, the number does increase with some products, such as caps and water bottles. You can review each product’s minimum order quantity simply by clicking on it.

What is the quality of the garments?

All our garments have been tested and developed to ensure they are the best quality possible. We have spent hundreds of hours working on each product to ensure it is not only top quality, but comfortable and durable.

How do I pick the right sizes?

We recommend referring to our Size Chart for the right fit. Please note the size chart is for body measurements and are not the garment measurements. If you would like a tight fit, we would recommend ordering a size smaller than your recommended size.

Can I save my design?

All designs you create will automatically be saved, however, if you clear your browser history/cache, unfortunately this will also clear your designs.

Where can I see pricing?

All of our pricing is available online. Simply click on the individual product you are interested in to view the associated cost. If you require an official quote, please send an email to info@activeteamwear.com

Can I see a sample before I place my order?

If you are interested in receiving a sample before you place your order, please send an email to  info@activeteamwear.com outlining the following:

  • The style of garment you are interested in receiving a sample of
  • The quantity you want to order
  • Your postal address
  • Your best contact number

How do I pay for my order?

To pay for your order, simply click on the cart icon located in the top right corner. This will take you through to the checkout. Here you will need to enter your contact details, delivery information and payment details. Once you have checked out, a WWG Active™ team member will be in touch with you to finalise your order.

Can I be invoiced for my order?

If you need to be invoiced, please send an email to  info@activeteamwear.com, outlining which garments you would like to order. A dedicated WWG Active™ team member will be in touch to finalise your order and issue an invoice.

How do I remove an item from my cart?

Before you can remove an item from your cart, you will need to ensure the quantity is set to ‘5’. You will then be able to click ‘remove.’ Your design will still be saved, so you can make any changes you need before re-adding the garments to your cart.

How do I attach my logo onto my chosen garment?

You can upload your logo during the ‘Add Logo’ step in the design process. (This is the second step). Click the + button and upload a logo from your device. You can then drag and drop your logo into position on the garment. If you cannot quite get the logo to sit exactly where you want it, simply make a note in the comments section (just before checking out). Our design team will then work on it for you and send you a proof for approval.

How are the garments customised?

Most of the products are sublimated (this is the process used to inject the ink into the fabric). This means you don’t need to worry about your design ever peeling or fading. However, some of our garments are screen printed. You can see how we customise each specific garment in the product text when you click on the garment you are interested in.

Where can WWG Active™ deliver?

We can deliver to Australia, UK and NZ. If you are unable to select your country during the checkout process, it simply means we haven’t delivered there yet. In this case, please send an email to info@activeteamwear.com asking for your country to be added. Our team will do this for you immediately.

How much is the delivery cost?

The deliver cost is based on weight and quantities. Delivery costs will be automatically calculated based on your order, and displayed in your cart before finalising your order. If you would like a delivery cost quote before adding your garments to the cart, please send an email to info@activeteamwear.com specifying the products you are interested in ordering, the quantity and the delivery location and one of our WWG Active™ team members will be in touch to assist you.
